Fresh Culinary Experiences Arrive Across the Fleet
We’re introducing a new wave of culinary updates across the fleet, with a few thoughtful changes to two places where you already love spending time: Seabourn Square and The Colonnade. The updates bring new menu items, refreshed spaces, and even more ways to enjoy regionally inspired cuisine throughout the day.
These enhancements continue the Seabourn experience you know well—great ingredients, global flavors, and the kind of intuitive service that makes dining on board feel effortless.
A Fresh Take on Seabourn Square
Often described as the heart and soul of the Seabourn experience, Seabourn Square has received a comprehensive refresh that keeps it a welcoming café and gathering place throughout the day.
You’ll find an expanded selection of warm items, including breakfast sandwiches, savory quiches, and Roman-style pizza, along with a new menu of toasted sandwiches like Monte Cristo and Croque Monsieur. These additions join the pastries, sandwiches, and sweet treats you already love.
Coffee lovers will find a few thoughtful touches, as well. Specialty coffees are made from beans freshly roasted on board, and you can pre-order your favorite drink through the Seabourn Source app for easy pickup. Coffee served in Seabourn Square now also comes with a new signature presentation that adds a little extra flair to the café.
Another favorite is our handmade artisanal gelato, created by chefs trained at Italy’s renowned Gelato University, bringing an authentic taste of Italy to sea.
Whether you’re starting the morning with coffee or dropping by later in the day, Seabourn Square remains a comfortable place to relax, chat, and enjoy a bite.
We are featuring two updated service periods:
- Full breakfast menu: 6:15 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
- All-day menu: 10:45 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.
Breakfast and lunch offerings include more freshly prepared, made-to-order items, along with a refreshed beverage program featuring seasonal and regional daily specials. You’ll also see updated china, new menu signage, and added bistro-style seating on select ships. These updates are being introduced across the fleet in phases and are scheduled for completion by mid-2026.
A Revitalized Daytime Experience in The Colonnade
We’ve also reimagined the daytime dining experience in The Colonnade. The venue is brighter and more dynamic, creating a livelier atmosphere that makes spending time there even more enjoyable.
You’ll find more opportunities to interact with our chefs and watch dishes prepared to order, along with flavors inspired by the places we visit.
Highlights include:
- New breakfast and lunch menus centered on freshness, seasonality, and regional influence
- Multiple live cooking stations featuring made-to-order omelets, carving options, a daily fresh-fish station, fresh-pressed juices, and rotating regional specialties
- Additional bistro-style seating on Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Ovation
These updated Colonnade offerings are now available across the fleet.
